The $202.50 monthly transfer does not mean the home “costs” $202.50 each month to maintain, and it does not prove those replacement dates. The combined case is not a prediction that a quote will rise or a unit will fail in seven years. It shows why an apparently comfortable base contribution can become insufficient when two independent inputs move.
